All right this is my first write up so be kind

Project aims:

1. To replace the pump shaft to avoid rounding of the plastic and breakage

2. To maintain the over pressure valve to keep it war legal

3. Improve comfort and functionality.

16mm aluminium pump length

Small piece of 15mm and 20mm PVC

15 mm PVC tee joint.

PVC or electrical tape

superglue or epoxy

Rotary tool with sanding and cutting pieces

pipe cutters or hacksaw.

Start by taking your blaster apart and removing everything I don't have a photo for this but it should be fairly easy. Don't forget to pry the orange cap off the front.

Now place your 20mm PVC in back part of pump mark off were it exits the pump and cut. Then wrap your 15mm PVC in tape until the 20mm fits tightly superglue or epoxy in place. Wrap 20mm with small amount of tape and insert take rotary tool and sand down green plastic

Take original pump cut of the pump head sand out a small fraction of the back and glue on head.

cut pump rod to size add ring then tape and glue 15mm tee joint

Note I added a coupler on mine but won't do a write up on that because there is like 30 or so on the internet already.

This should be your end result
